Who do you work with?
We work with a wide range of professionals, such as Professional Photographers, Art Directors, Studio Owners, E-commerce sellers, Online Shop Owners, Digital Media & Printing Companies, Entertainment Portals, Online Marketers, Social Media managers, and other individuals who require images daily.
How do you send photos?
We upload the edited images on a distinctive file under your name on our server. Access to this file location is limited only to you and us. Then, we send the link address to you.
We occasionally use other file-transferring platforms if you have any.
How many edits or revisions do you make?
Our photo editing works are done precisely. It doesn’t require many revisions. However, we make a maximum 3 times of revisions upon request.
Please note that any requirement changing midway through the process won’t be counted as revision; rather, that would be a completely new project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the most acceptable forms of payment for the convenience of our clients, such as Bank transfers, Payoneer PayPal, etc.
Do you guarantee the privacy of my project?
Under any circumstances, we don’t disclose any of our client’s projects unless they have permitted us. We sign an NDA if our clients need one.
